Spencer MacDougall, CFP®, EA

Spencer MacDougall is an accounting manager with Leivas Tax Wealth Management. With more than 30 years of experience, he is responsible for many business and individual accounts, while also overseeing the operations of the accounting and payroll departments. With the knowledge, experience, and credentials both in financial services and accounting, he aims to weave together the two services when working with clients.

Spencer is a an Investment Advisor Representative with Avantax Investment Services^SM, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and an Enrolled Agent. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. With a diverse background, he is well-versed in helping clients plan for their financial futures by coordinating their investments and plans for retirement, while also taking advantage of the most tax benefits available along the way. He can practice before the IRS, offer comprehensive financial planning services*, assist with tax returns, and offer investment strategies*.

Outside of the office, Spencer is active in his community. He serves as a board member for Habitat for Humanity Riverside (and has for more than 12 years), including two terms as Treasurer. He was recognized for his commitment and service by the Riverside County Volunteer Center in 2009. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and attending baseball and hockey games.
