Richard Leivas was the founder of what eventually became the current Leivas Tax Wealth Management firm. Beginning in 1957, Richard has been preparing tax returns for families for generations. After mentoring his daughter Susie beginning at the age of thirteen, they became business partners in 1983. Together, this father daughter team bought several tax practices from people wanting to retire and at one point; they opened a second office in San Bernardino. Eventually under daughter Susie’s leadership, this family business developed and came to be known as the current Leivas Tax Wealth Management.
Richard proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War 1951-1954.
Richard’s greatest strength is all his years of knowledge in the same professional field. He enjoys helping his clients understand the tax system so they end up with the result they want on their tax return. Being fluent in Spanish, Richard can offer professional services to clients on a first hand basis without the use of an interpreter. If you are interested in spending time understanding your tax return, receiving that personal service touch and getting the end result that you want, then Richard would love to sit down with you.
